Chi-town legend Boo Williams drops a rare EP on London's White Jail outlet, a stable usually restricted to parties in the capital's East End. The guys inaugurate their new label with three tracks of pure house delight in Boo's inimitable flair and swing. "The Shocker" is a head-straight, no-nonsense 4/4 A-side with seductive melodies and a funky bass tone, while "Final Change" is deeper, darker and reminiscent of the man's Moon Man project, whereas "Rocking Chair" is quirky and a little spacey in places.
