Parisian Reda Dare is closely affiliated with local hero Djebali, Phil Weeks and Mancini - so you get an idea of where he's coming from. Fresh off launching his eponymous imprint, he launches his next one at us from Mexican imprint Parliamnt entitled "Cosmogone". In its original form it is a bumpin', minimalistic and swing-fuelled tool, that's aimed squarely at afterhours dancefloors. It gets a bunch of wicked remixes too: Berlin tech-house hero Diego Krause (Beste Modus) delivers two remixes. The first is a funky/hi-tech affair that will appeal to fans of iO (Mulen) or Jack Wickham, while the second gets stripped back, dubbed-out and moody - much in the vein of local heroes Daniel Paul & DJ Modesty. Our favourite of the bunch was the rendition on the flip by HOWL head honchos Verrina & Ventura, their trippy perspective reaches near tribal moments with its infectious groove.
